Old is New in Newport Beach!

For a handful of years, there has been a "rusting" hole in the heart of Newport Beach. 

While working at the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, I heard rumors about reviving the vintage-looking shopping center in "Mariners Mile" on PCH... I originally imagined that some random stores would go in that would never peak my interest... But it looks like I'm wrong... and my dreams are coming true!!
